    How to ask for help

    A question with the right details in it usually gets a useful answer on the first reply instead of the third. Here is what helps. One question per topic Give it a title that says what the problem is. "Booking page shows no available times" is findable later; "Help please" is not. Include these
    • What you were trying to do.
    • What you expected to happen.
    • What actually happened, including the exact wording of any error message.
    • Where you were — the dashboard, your public storefront, the booking page, the editor.
    • What you already tried.
    Screenshots help A screenshot of the screen you are looking at is worth several paragraphs. Please blank out customer names, phone numbers and email addresses before posting one. What not to post Never post a password, and nobody from ClientFlow will ever ask you for one here. Keep customer details out of public topics. Which area
    • Not sure how something works, or it is not doing what you expected — Support Questions.
    • Confident something is broken and can describe how to reproduce it — Bug Reports.
    • Works fine but could be better — Feature Requests.
    If you put something in the wrong place, do not worry about it — we will move it.
